?Most of my friends cannot use complete sentences.

What is the strangest thing you have in the trunk of your car or the back of your pickup? Unclaimed underwear . . . from a fishing trip.

What fictional character would you most like to meet? Jack Bauer from “24.”

What song could you sing into your hairbrush or in the shower? “Black Dog” by Led Zeppelin.

What’s your favorite junk food? Waldorf Astoria red cake with buttercream frosting.

What would you like to accomplish over the next five years? Watch my son grow, educate young people and win a state championship for our town.

What does your favorite bumper sticker say? “You’re just jealous because the voices speak to me.”

What chore do you most hate to do around the house? Cleaning the bathroom, especially the bathtub.

What do you enjoy most about Chugiak-Eagle River? The people.

What modern convenience do you wish existed when you were younger? ATMs.

What service would you like to see come to Chugiak-Eagle River? An indoor sports complex for the community.

If you could buy one absolutely frivolous thing, what would it be? A new Sage fly rod and reel combo.

What’s your favorite movie moment? In “Field of Dreams” when Kevin Costner’s character asks his father, “Hey Dad, do you wanna have a catch?”

What piece of clothing do you wear most out of your wardrobe? My Western Washington football sweatshirt – it’s getting ugly.

What aspect of childhood do you miss most? Being around two of the most incredible people I’ve ever met – my mother and my father.
